Bisquits

Carrot Bisquits

Ingredients:

7  cups grated or shredded carrots

2  cups quick oats

1  cup wheatgerm

1 quart package of dry powered milk

2  cups corn meal  (omit if you stay

    away from corn)

4  cups whole wheat flour

1  cup raw or brown sugar

1/4  cup powdered garlic  (or fresh)

 

6 or 8 eggs

1/2  cup veg. oil

enough bacon drippings just to flavor

Procedure

 

 

 

mix dry ingredients

 

 

 

mix all by hand, roll into weenie size rolls, or flatten and use cookie

cutter

 

375 degree oven  20 minutes gives firm but soft treats and 35 minutes gives

crispy hard biscuits.
