  Ch 'Fonab' and his sire, Ch. 'Farnoge', grey brindle, (Mr. Rank in November 1930). 

Farnoges sire was Ch. 'Cloghran', bred by Mr. Rank 1929, and his dam, Ch. 'Iduna of Hindhead'. 

The latter was also dam to Ch. Gloghran by Ch. 'Chulainn Connach.
